8.30 号，Labor Day 之前和组里的 PE 聊了下 Career Development，学习了很多有用的建议，这里正好和半年总结放在一起。

岁月不居，时节如流；不觉碧山暮，秋云暗几重。

对照年初计划总结

我有个每年年初列计划，年末总结的习惯。这次多个半年总结，也先对照年初计划吧。直接从年初计划 2022总结 and 2023计划那拷贝下任务列表，

不足

• 健身和体重控制没注意，需要 focus
  • 控制饮食
  • <100 -- > 运动
• AFO Ingestion Migration 花了太多时间，必须加速解决
• Leetcode 中断
• 没有注意号积累自己的工作，导致在做 mid year review 时候缺少 points but I did more than I can recall. This is bad，need to record in doc.
• 读论文很多，但是没有总结成文或者视频。这样理解不深刻，也不利于传播和提高自己。

L5 注意点

这里我总结下 PE 的观点，如何成功升职。在一个大公司里面升职其实最重要的就是你的影响力，

• Design Doc
• Useful/Influence other team
• Bring new things to all teams

新的 Q4 计划

现在基本只剩下一个季度，这里重新列举下自己的计划。
